Unhide Lil' Marshmallow
$65.00 USD $86.38 CAD
I added this to my box for $15.00 more because I needed another blanket for my sectional for the winter season. The white beige colour will compliment a variety of different room styles plus the feel of this blanket is like the softest teddy bear you will find. Unhide donates with every purchase to the Humane Society of the United States. The Lil' Marshmallow is made of 100% faux chincilla polyester making it cruelty free which is a must! The blanket is thankfully machine washable, with the option of also being dry clean acceptable.
Jonathan Adler Fleur De Sel Ceramic Candle
$48.00 USD $63.79 CAD
Like many chic apartment renting millennial I love a good candle to burn in my home. I have never tried Jonathan Adler luxury candles in my life, and maybe would never have purchased due to the price $65.00 for one candle WOW! It literally says bougie on the packaging AMEN!
The scent is a mix of aquatic breeze, marine salt, orange blossom, mimosa and driftwood. Burning this on a cold Canadian winter night will take you right to the Mediterranean if you close your eyes. This single wick candle has a 50 hour burn average due to the blend of soy/palm and paraffin wax.
Kate Somerville Goat Milk Moisturizing Cream
$65.00 USD $86.38 CAD ( $84.00 Sephora.ca)
Winter has our skin crying for moisture and this daily cream is loaded with moisturizing ingredients, each ingredient has it's own benefit. To maintain smooth skin jojoba and avocado oil work together to condition the skin. When skin is dry and sensitive milk polypeptides, aloe and goat milk nourish and soothe sensitivities. It states that it is suitable for all skin types, though after reading some user reviews others mentioned it broke them out. I have very acne prone skin which makes me a bit nervous to try it, if I do break out from this cream I will let you guys know.
Lashes MD Eyelash Conditioner
$69.95 USD $92.96 CAD
I have only used one eyelash serum in my life from Revlon, sadly I do not remember if it did anything for my lashes. I never did repurchase it so I'm guessing it did not make a huge difference, granted the price difference from that one to this MD conditioner is huge. I have high hopes that after a month of use I will see a difference. My natural lashes are pretty decent and I have never been the type to get lash extentions. The companies claim is 72% lash growth in 42 days. The serum is to promote longer, stronger and fuller lashes as well as eyebrows. I will also apply this to my brows to see if it fixes some sparse patches. Apply Lashes MD at night before bed with your other skincare routine. The only information I could find online for the ingredients is sympeptide xlash, amino acids and botanicals. The formula is non irritating and made without hormones & parabens.
Rodial Soft Focus Glow Drops
$55.00 USD $73.09 CAD
I'm super excited to try these glow drops because glowing hydrated skin is my MD. For all you fellow Canadians this is available at Shopper's Drugmart. This is a two in one product that's makeup as well as skincare. Personally my use of it will be for no makeup- makeup days to boost a dewy skin look. Glow drops can also be worn under foundation for a flawless glowy base primer. This bottle will last a very long time with the recommended dose of two drops. Giving everyone with sensitive skin fair warning to patch test to avoid reactions as it does contain fragrance.
Beauty Bakerie Proof is the Pudding Palette
$38.00 USD $50.50 CAD
This toasty palette will put the pudding dessert in Christmas this year. With four mattes and five shimmers to play with to achieve a warm look this winter. My personal favourite shades are chia pudding, mango pudding and warm cocoa. The formula is smudge proof, vegan, paraben and cruelty free.
Vera Mona Color Switch Solo
$16.99 USD $22.58 CAD ($24.00 CAD Sephora.ca)
This is definitely a product my makeup kit has been missing. This color switch is a dry makeup removing sponge that allows you to do quicker colour changes on a client or yourself. A few good swipes over the sponge will remove all traces of pigment without wet brush cleaner formulas. The sponge itself can be reused by washing it with soap and water, I most likely will use the liquid beauty blender cleanser. Quick cleaning can be achieved by spraying with a disinfecting brush cleaner.
Cuccio Somatology Calm & Clean Epsom Salt Hand and Body Wash 8oz
$39.95 USD $53.09 CAD
I run my own home studio for makeup and esthetics and have been quite familiar with Cuccio products. This will be a perfect hand soap for my sink that clients use. Formulated with Epsom salt for muscle relaxation, pro vitamin B5 and Shea butter to keep skin moisturized this winter. The drops of lavender oil ensure calm senses and relaxation just like a spa leaves you.
.DryBAR Prep Rally Prime & Prep Detangler

This detangler preps the hair for heat styling and adds protection for up to 450 degreesF. The consistency is lightweight suitable for straight, wavy, curly and coily hair. Prep rally addresses concerns of frizz, dryness and heat protection in just a couple sprays.
$20.00 USD $26.58 CAD
This little pink blanket cloth replaces all one use makeup wipes and makeup remover lotions and liquids. It's literally a Mr.Clean magic eraser for your face minus the toxic chemicals. You can reuse it many times by throwing it in the wash with your other towels or you can hand wash, and hang to dry. One cloth will last 3-5 years which is great for the environment next to the alternative of the one use makeup wipes.
